Not even the young Buddhist monks can get away from Technology. When they join the life in the temple, they vow to leave mainstream society and live their lives in prayer and contemplation. I guess technology is not mainstream anymore.

Hello there!! That’s what I thought when I saw him checking his phone. It was somewhat disappointing to see that – you know, expecting monks to do monks life without technology. Well, I guess time changes, and also people and culture!
Well, he could be a great monk also, but as someone, who was born in the digital era… all the speed of connection might be in his blood already, as natural as breathing 🙂
